Service & Customer Support Engineer (After-Sales) – Industrial 3D Printers
We build India's industrial 3D printers — 1,300+ machines running at DRDO, HAL, Mercedes-Benz, Tata and 1,000+ factories and labs. You'll be the person our customers rely on after they buy a machine: handling installs, service, and AMC renewals, and keeping clients happy enough to buy again.
What you'll do
- Coordinate installations and customer trainings
- Be the first point of contact for every service request
- Track AMCs and warranties, and drive renewals
- Keep every interaction logged in the CRM
- Keep customers happy — and coming back
What you need
- 1–4 years in service, customer support, or after-sales
- Clear communication (English; Hindi/Marathi a plus)
- Comfortable using a CRM
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Bonus: 3D printing, CNC, or industrial machinery background
