Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in structural design and drafting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel structures, and RCC design, along with expertise in AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drawings and detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD.
- Design and analyze steel and RCC structures as per relevant codes and standards.
- Develop structural layouts, foundation plans, connection details, and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site teams for design implementation.
- Review design calculations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements and structural assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of structural design principles and engineering standards.
- Knowledge of steel structure and RCC design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, or Tekla will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in structural design and drafting.
