Job Summary:
We are looking for Operator Support Staff (OSS) to support our manufacturing and automation operations. The role involves assisting machine operators, assembly teams, and shop-floor activities to ensure smooth production flow, quality adherence, and timely output.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Assist CNC operators, assembly teams, and production staff on the shop floor
* Support day-to-day manufacturing and automation activities
* Load, unload, and handle components, tools, and materials
* Help in basic machine setup and preparation under supervision
* Ensure proper movement of materials as per production requirements
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the shop floor
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
* Assist in basic quality checks and report issues to supervisors
* Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for production support
Qualifications:
* Diploma / Graduate / Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
* ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in:
Manufacturing
Automation industry
CNC / Assembly / Production environment
Salary
₹24,000 – ₹32,000 per month
(Based on experience and skills)
