About the Role
We are hiring experienced subject matter experts to join Smavy Academy’s content development team. This role involves developing and reviewing high-quality academic content aligned to the IGCSE and ACARA curricula, working closely with the academic and product teams to ensure accuracy, rigor, and pedagogical soundness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and refine academic content for the IGCSE and/or ACARA curriculum, as relevant to your subject.
- Ensure content accuracy, curriculum alignment, and age-appropriate pedagogy across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with the academic and content teams to maintain consistency in quality and style.
- Incorporate feedback from internal reviews and quality checks into content revisions.
- Stay current with curriculum updates and best practices in your subject area.
Requirements
- Completed Graduation or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Verbal or Logical Reasoning Subject Matter Expert for the Australian or UK curriculum is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with the IGCSE and/or ACARA curriculum is mandatory.
- Experience teaching and developing content in Verbal or Logical Reasoning for competitive and entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, Banking, SSC, UPSC will also be considered.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to create engaging and accurate educational content.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment patterns.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
