Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Acting as the main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives. Approximately 3800 MT balance Erection Scope
Should have command over the site and should be able to resolve internal and external issues effectively.
Should be proficient in reading of drawings and plan for work supervision accordingly.
Effective communication skills are essential for the role.
Should be able to lead a team of engineers deployed at site.
Cross functional coordination would be required between various trades of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers deployed at site
Technical attributes:
Experience required in fabrication and erection of structural steel.
In Depth Knowledge of Quality processes (QAP, ITP, Welding process, NDT and DPT checks, Stage gate inspections for Structural steel fabrication and erection)
Overseeing quality of works executed by the principal contractor and assisting the quality in-charge in resolution of issues.
Lead all Project review meetings on behalf of TQ Cert Services Private Limited.
Cross Checking of Bills submitted by the contractor and highlighting deviations if any.
Reviews status reports prepared by field Engineer and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
Discusses with field Engineer to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on Schedule and within prescribed budget.
Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
