Key Responsibilities
- Call members, leads, and prospects for support and follow-ups.
- Manage registrations, onboarding, and documentation.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and app.
- Update and maintain customer data in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Handle membership renewals, expiries, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member experience.
- Support member conversion and retention activities.
Key KPIs
- Timely response to customer queries.
- Registration and onboarding completion rate.
- Membership renewal and retention rate.
- Follow-up completion and conversion rate.
- Accuracy of CRM/data records.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
Skills Required
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
