We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HVAC, electrical, and fire-fighting services at our various construction sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of HVAC, electrical, and fire-fighting services at assigned construction sites.
- Accept and manage the supply of goods at the site, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
- Supervise the work of labour and subcontractors to ensure proper installation of materials.
- Coordinate with the client’s executive engineer to discuss project progress and defend the quality of our work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the project.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and fire-fighting systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel to various sites as required.
