We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment efforts across plant and corporate functions for (Formulations) in the pharmaceutical domain. This role demands strong stakeholder management, innovative thinking, and the ability to drive structured hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
· Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) social media recruitment & Employee Referral.
· Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to draft job requisitions and job descriptions.
· Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment metrics.
· Familiarity with compliance requirements and employment laws.
· Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Experience:
· 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
· AI Understanding and Usage
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Strong understanding of pharma hiring dynamics and niche talent pools
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Salary: 6LPA to 10LPA
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
