Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to promote our educational app to students and parents. Your role will involve making outbound calls, explaining the benefits of the app, and encouraging users to download and use it.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective users (students/parents)
- Explain the features and benefits of the educational app
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up updates
- Handle queries professionally and convert leads
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and sales-focused mindset
- 12th pass or graduate
