Banquet Manager
Job Summary
The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all banquet and event operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role manages banquet staff, coordinates with the kitchen and other departments, ensures high service standards, and oversees the successful execution of events while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise banquet functions, including weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
- Work closely with the Sales, Events, Kitchen, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate event details to all relevant departments.
- Supervise banquet staff before, during, and after events.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate banquet team members.
- Ensure high standards of food presentation, beverage service, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor event setup and breakdown to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor labor and operating costs to achieve budget and profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare operational reports, including event performance, staffing, and revenue summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage management.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
