Fashion Sales Assistant – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Fashion Sales Assistant for menswear garments who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and personalized styling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with garment selection, styling, and product recommendations.
- Provide excellent in-store customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle sales activities professionally and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct trials and fittings for made-to-measure garments with attention to detail and customer comfort.
- Guide clients on fabrics, garment construction, fit, and styling options.
- Coordinate customer requirements accurately with the tailoring and production teams.
- Maintain visual presentation and overall appearance of the store.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in fashion garment sales, preferably in menswear.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, styling, and garment measurements.
- Skilled in handling made-to-measure trials and customer fittings.
- Excellent salesmanship and customer-handling abilities.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.

- Passion for fashion and luxury customer experience.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
