The Sales Personnel is responsible for assisting customers in selecting Indian ethnic wear such as sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, and sherwanis.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs (occasion, budget, style).
- Recommend suitable outfits (e.g., bridal wear, festive collections, casual ethnic).
- Provide basic styling advice (color combinations, draping ideas, accessories).
- Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics (silk, cotton, georgette, chiffon).
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
