Job Summary:
X-Gen College of Visual Art is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to drive student enrolment through active outreach. This role focuses on visiting schools, coaching centres, and educational fairs to represent our institution and guide prospective students toward a career in Visual Arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Outreach: Visit various locations to conduct presentations, seminars, and career counselling sessions.
- Lead Generation: Collect and follow up on inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Counselling: Provide detailed information regarding our courses (Fine Arts, Sculpture, etc.), fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a network with school principals, administrators, and local influencers.
- Conversion: Guide students through the admission process from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily database of leads and provide weekly progress reports to the HR Manager.
Core Competencies & Required Knowledge:
- Sales & Persuasion: Strong ability to convince and motivate students and parents.
- Public Speaking: Confidence in addressing large groups during seminars or school visits.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding the educational landscape and competitor offerings in Odisha.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for frequent field visits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, or Fine Arts background preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in education sales or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Skills: Fluent in Odia; working knowledge of English and Hindi.

- Salary: Up to ₹ 20,000 – ₹ 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
