Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain strong customer relationships. The Telecaller will be responsible for explaining products or services, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Attend inbound customer calls professionally and respond to inquiries.
- Explain company products and services clearly and effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team, where required.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM or Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telesales, customer support, lead generation, or BPO.
- Knowledge of CRM software and data entry.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls made.
- Lead generation and qualification rate.
- Appointment booking rate.
- Sales conversion rate (if applicable).
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Achievement of daily and monthly targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
