We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base across Delhi NCR.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Visit schools, businesses, clinics, gyms, restaurants, and corporate offices to introduce TG Multimedia's services.
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain daily follow-ups with potential clients.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the founder and creative team during the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Two-wheeler is preferred for field visits.

- Confident communication in Hindi.
- Basic English communication.
- Professional personality.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
