Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive business growth in Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, appointing dealers, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Visit customers regularly to promote company products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.
