Job Description – IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions for ERP, HRMS, email, and other business applications.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP software and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, firewall, antivirus, and data security.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
- Monitor server health, storage, and system performance.
- Install software updates, patches, and security upgrades.
- Support biometric attendance systems, CCTV, access control systems, and other IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and AMC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Provide IT support during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare and maintain IT-related SOPs, logs, and documentation.
- Train employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and software usage.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./Diploma in Computer Science, BCA, MCA Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹9,381.35 - ₹40,922.37 per month
