About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT sales team. If you enjoy interacting with clients, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals, this role is for you.
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation. Candidates with IT product sales experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements
- Promote and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with potential customers
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach toward sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT product sales will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
