Consultant Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Doctor (BDS / BAMS / BHMS)

We are a growing chain of advanced aesthetic clinics across Mumbai and Delhi, specializing in Skin, Hair, Laser Hair Reduction and Obesity Management.
We are looking for an experienced Consultant Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Doctor to join our team at our Ghatkopar and Charni Road, Mumbai clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and understand their aesthetic concerns, expectations, and goals.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on the patient's requirements and suitability.
- Perform and/or supervise aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, threads, PRP, chemical peels, laser treatments, skin treatments, and other procedures as per qualification and training.
- Clearly explain treatment benefits, procedures, expected outcomes, pricing, and aftercare to patients.
- Drive treatment conversions and revenue through effective consultation and ethical recommendation of appropriate procedures and packages.
- Follow up with patients to encourage treatment continuity, package completion, and repeat visits.
- Achieve assigned individual consultation, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain proper documentation of consultations, treatment plans, consent forms, and patient records.
- Coordinate with therapists and front-office teams to ensure smooth execution of treatment plans.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, clinical ethics, and SOP compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and techniques.

Working Hours
9-hour shift, as per clinic schedule.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, qualifications, and expertise.
