Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Fit-out Manager to oversee the execution of residential interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will support the Fit-out Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities.
- Assist in managing end-to-end execution of residential interior fit-out projects.
- Review work orders, drawings, BOQs, and project schedules before execution.
- Plan and coordinate site activities with installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify site measurements and readiness before installation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability of required resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site housekeeping.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Support billing, payment follow-ups, and project documentation.
- Coordinate snag rectification, final inspections, and project handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in residential interior fit-out or interior project execution.
- Experience in modular home interiors is preferred.
Required Skills.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile,
- Experience in premium residential interior projects.
- Strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel between Anna Nagar and ECR project locations as required.
Age Limit - 31
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
