Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Service Engineer to manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial air compressors across Goa. This role is perfect for a technical expert who enjoys being in the field, interacting with clients, and ensuring high-performance standards for both mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Service: Perform routine maintenance, overhauling, and emergency repairs of air compressors at various client locations.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in mechanical components (pumps, valves, rotors) and electrical control systems (panels, wiring, sensors, and PLCs).
- Spares Management: Identify required spare parts, provide technical recommendations to clients, and ensure genuine parts are installed for longevity.
- Commissioning: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new compressor units.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing basic training on equipment handling and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed service reports, logs of work performed, and parts consumed.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of core experience in air compressor servicing (Screw, Reciprocating, or Centrifugal).
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading electrical circuit diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for dismantling and assembling heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with various compressor brands and control logic.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for daily travel to customer sites.
- Location: Must be based in Goa or willing to relocate, with a deep understanding of the local industrial landscape.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Konkani/Marathi.
- A "safety-first" mindset while working with high-pressure systems and electrical high-voltage panels
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
