About the Role
JournAI is looking for a sales support specialist to join our growing sales & business development team.
This role is ideal for a fresher who is confident, curious, and interested in building a career in technology sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation and prospect research activities.
- Assist with email, LinkedIn, and other sales outreach.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect data.
- Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Track sales activities and maintain regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the overall sales process.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech/BCA preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of basic technology concepts.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and online tools.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Interest in B2B Sales, SaaS, AI, and Technology is a plus.
