Loan Specialist – 1 Position
Skills Required:
- Experience in lending, customer service, telesales, lead generation, or financial operations, preferably in a digital lending environment
- Good understanding of loan application journeys and customer onboarding processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide customers clearly through the application process
- Ability to review customer applications, identify gaps, and coordinate for timely resolution
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to engage customers who are stuck at different stages of the funnel
- Attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to work within service level timelines
- Fluent English is essential; familiarity with Canadian customer communication and lending terminology will be an added advantage
- Candidate should be open to working in night shifts and rotational shifts
Job Description:
- Review customer loan applications and monitor them across different stages of the application journey
- Reach out to customers through calls and follow-ups to assist them in completing pending steps and progressing their applications
- Engage with leads/customers who are stuck at various stages of the funnel to improve conversion and application completion rates
- Verify application details, documents, and other required information to support smooth processing
- Resolve customer queries related to the loan application journey in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of applications and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and application status
- Support the overall borrower journey from application to disbursement readiness in line with internal processes
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
