The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual execution of key accounts and campaigns. This person should be able to develop creative directions, improve the quality of the team’s output and guide junior designers while remaining actively involved in execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual directions and design systems for social media accounts
- Lead the design execution of campaigns, launches and content calendars
- Convert creative concepts into high-quality visual communication
- Review and improve work created by junior designers
- Maintain consistency across brand identities and campaign assets
- Work closely with the strategy, copy, video and account management teams
- Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation
- Present design thinking and creative rationale internally
- Manage multiple accounts and prioritise deadlines
- Introduce new design approaches, references and AI-assisted workflows
- Help create templates and processes that improve team efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio across social media, branding or digital campaigns
- Advanced understanding of typography, composition and visual storytelling
- Ability to develop concepts rather than only follow references
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to mentor and provide clear design feedback
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable working across brands with different visual personalities
Software Proficiency
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Familiarity with InDesign, Figma and AI image-generation or editing tools
- Motion design knowledge is an advantage
Additional Requirements
- Agency experience is strongly preferred
- Previous experience reviewing or mentoring designers is preferred
- The candidate should be comfortable balancing creative thinking with fast-paced execution
- Portfolio should clearly mention the candidate’s individual contribution to each project
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
