Job Description :
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials when required.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Issue offer letters and manage the joining process.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification activities.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
