Job Title: ATM Video Auditor
Location: Andheri (Western Line preferred)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Video Call ATM Audit Executive to join our team. The role involves conducting ATM audits through video calls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper reporting of ATM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ATM audits through live video calls as per assigned schedule
- Verify ATM status, cash levels, and operational compliance remotely
- Record and report audit findings accurately
- Coordinate with field/support teams in case of discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation of audit reports
- Follow internal audit procedures and guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Malayalam language (must be able to communicate clearly)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry and reporting)
- Preference for candidates from Western Line (Mumbai suburbs)
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in audit, banking operations, or back-office work
- Comfortable handling video calls and remote verification processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
