Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project implementation in the assigned district.
- Supervise and guide Project Incharges and field staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality implementation.
- Organize trainings, meetings, awareness programmes, and community events.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, beneficiary records, and data management.
- Monitor project targets and address implementation challenges.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, organizational policies, and safeguarding standards.
- Support baseline surveys, monitoring, evaluations, and audits.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
