Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely support through calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi, along with basic computer knowledge and the ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a positive, polite, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Use clean and respectful language in all customer communications.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- HSC/Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or customer support (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use clean, polite, and professional language at all times.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on CRM systems, email, chat, and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
