We are looking for an Excel Specialist to join our team and provide advanced support in data management, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Excel’s advanced features, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with teams to understand and address data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all spreadsheets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Excel-related issues promptly.
- Optimize existing Excel processes for efficiency.
- Train staff on advanced Excel functions and best practices.
- Document processes and maintain version control of spreadsheets.
- Integrate Excel with other Microsoft Office applications as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Excel Specialist or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
- Experience with pivot tables, charts, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in VBA and macro development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with data import/export and integration techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
