Key Responsibilities
- Handle UAE, GCC, and international visa processing.
- Coordinate with clients, travel agents, and suppliers.
- Manage documentation and application follow-ups.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding application status.
- Maintain operational records and workflow efficiently.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
