Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role at Inkcast is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the intern supports the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms, helping to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on key insights. The intern collaborates with the design and marketing teams to align content with broader digital strategies and brand guidelines. The role also involves responding to audience interactions, researching trends, and contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Ability to support Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across major platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally.
- Interest in creative storytelling, branding, and visual design; familiarity with basic graphic or video tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
