Mindscape Design is seeking an experienced and design-driven *Senior Architect – Hospitality & Corporate Interiors* to lead high-end hospitality and corporate interior projects from concept to completion. This is a *full-time, on-site position based in Surat*.
The role involves taking ownership of projects across design development, documentation, coordination, and execution while maintaining the studio’s standards of design excellence and technical quality. The Senior Architect will develop design concepts, prepare and review detailed architectural and interior drawings, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and ensure seamless technical integration across disciplines.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead medium to large-scale hospitality and corporate interior projects from concept through execution.
* Develop design concepts, presentations, detailed drawings, working drawings, and specifications.
* Coordinate architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
* Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
* Conduct regular site visits and resolve design, detailing, and execution-related issues.
* Ensure design intent, quality, and technical standards are maintained throughout the project.
* Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
* Mentor junior architects and designers while contributing to the studio’s design processes and standards.
* Integrate sustainability, building codes, and high-performance design principles into projects.
*Qualifications*
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with strong experience in hospitality and/or corporate interiors. Excellent design development, detailing, documentation, coordination, project management, and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in relevant architectural and design software is required. Knowledge of *LEED, sustainable design, and local building regulations* will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
