Job Description-Senior Associate/Specialist – Digital Marketing
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate with strong expertise
in online marketing strategies tailored for the Indian/US market. The ideal candidate will have 2
to 5 years of experience in digital campaign planning, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social
media management. This role requires a data-driven approach, creativity, and a desire to stay
updated with the latest trends in India’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. The Digital Marketing
Associate will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and
support strategic marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels, including search, social media, and display advertising.
- Drive strong SEO performance by conducting keyword research, improving on-page
and off-page strategies, and regularly monitoring search ranking trends.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to
maximize ROI and achieve targeted lead-generation goals.
- Oversee website performance by improving site structure, enhancing user experience
(UX), and ensuring mobile and page-speed optimization.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging, SEO-friendly content that
improves visibility and supports brand messaging.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search
Console, and ad platform dashboards to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to continuously
enhance conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with
lead quality and revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to
stay ahead in a rapidly changing Indian market.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making
and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong track
record in managing campaigns and improving online visibility.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid
advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business
Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
