About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, customization, and successful rollout of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, implement software solutions, provide technical support, and ensure seamless onboarding and adoption. This role requires excellent communication, customer management, and project coordination skills, along with a strong technical aptitude.

Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and understand implementation requirements.
Configure and customize software solutions based on business and customer needs.
Support software deployment, onboarding, and implementation activities.
Develop scripts, integrations, and tools to streamline implementation processes where required.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment phases.
Conduct client training sessions and provide technical guidance during onboarding.
Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, implementation plans, and status reports.
Maintain implementation records and contribute to internal knowledge repositories.
Track implementation milestones and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer experience.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project coordination, application support, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business documentation.
Ability to prepare detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and project documentation.
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on enterprise software deployment and implementation projects.
Exposure to software configuration, integrations, and client onboarding activities.
Knowledge of project management and implementation methodologies.
Experience interacting with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
