We are looking for an experienced and organized Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hospital administration, maintain high standards of patient care, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The Hospital Manager will work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Manage administrative, clinical, and support staff.
- Develop and implement hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Monitor hospital budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent patient care and a positive patient experience.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to management.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement best healthcare practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital operations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and Microsoft Office.
