Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain courses and services, follow up with prospective customers, and support the admissions and sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and students.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, internship programs, and company services.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales team.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under targets.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
