CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Team Lead – Business Development to drive sales growth and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of experience in Edu-tech Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales
✔ Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
✔ Experience in EdTech sales is preferred
✔ Proficiency in any one South Indian language (Tamil, Kannada,Telugu, or Malayalam) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development professionals
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Monitor sales activities, conversions, and productivity metrics
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth
