We are building modern wellness brands with strong D2C fundamentals and are looking for a high-ownership operator to drive brand, content, and execution end-to-end.
This is not a typical marketing role. You will act as the central execution lead, working directly with the founder to ensure speed, clarity, and consistent output across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Brand Consistency: Maintain sharp identity across social, website and packaging
- Run the Content Engine: Drive daily output (reels, campaigns, creatives) with quality control
- Execute Growth Initiatives: Launch campaigns, offers, and product rollouts across channels
- Manage Team & Operations: Ensure timelines, accountability, and smooth execution
- Drive Offline & B2B Initiatives: Support retail, activations, and client projects
Who You Are
- 4–8 years experience, preferably in D2C / content-driven brands
- Strong brand sense + performance mindset
- Proven ability to execute, not just strategize
- Highly organized; comfortable managing teams and fast timelines
- Clear preference for candidates with wellness/lifestyle brand exposure

- Only social media managers / designers / performance marketers
- Low-ownership, execution-dependent profiles

Pay: ₹459,320.05 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
