Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, engineering organization, AI initiatives, and digital transformation. The CTO will define the company's technology roadmap, build high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership
- Define and execute the company's technology vision and long-term roadmap.
- Align technology initiatives with business goals and product strategy.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing.
Engineering Management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all technology platforms.
Product & Platform Development
- Lead development of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Design scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.
AI & Data Strategy
- Drive adoption of AI across customer experience, operations, and business intelligence.
- Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Build analytics capabilities to support growth and operational excellence.
Security & Compliance
- Establish cybersecurity policies and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security regulations.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Work closely with founders to prioritize technology investments.
- Represent technology strategy to investors, partners, and stakeholders when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
