Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our fintech operations. The role involves interacting with customers, collecting and verifying documents, and guiding them through the loan process for course enrollments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan processing and strong customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their course and loan requirements
- Explain available education loan options and fintech processes clearly to customers
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents from customers
- Coordinate with internal credit/loan processing teams and lending partners
- Assist customers throughout the loan application, approval, and disbursement process
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation as per company and lender policies
- Follow up with customers to close pending applications and resolve issues
- Maintain proper records and update CRM/loan tracking systems
- Achieve assigned conversion and business targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 0.6–3 years of experience in loan processing, fintech, NBFC, or banking sector
- Hands-on experience in education loans / personal loans / financial products preferred
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation and verification processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work under targets and timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in education loan processing is an added advantage
- Exposure to fintech platforms, NBFCs, or digital lending processes
- Sales or business development background in financial services
Pay: ₹10,028.83 - ₹23,528.23 per month
