Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Executive ( Assitant Manager Accounts) with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and invoicing, along with the ability to lead a small team, maintain financial accuracy, and meet reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and generate accurate customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment receipts.
- Ensure timely billing and coordinate with internal departments for invoice accuracy.
- Verify accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including timely filing and reconciliation.
- Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate follow-ups for collections.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, allocate work, and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders whenever required.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis).
- Experience in preparing and generating accurate invoices and maintaining billing records.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a small accounts team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing, IT, service, or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of payroll processing will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
