Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Call Center Executives with prior ELD sales experience who can handle outbound and inbound sales calls for US-based trucking companies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in closing deals, and knowledge of FMCSA/ELD regulations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to trucking companies in the US
- Generate leads and close sales for ELD, GPS, and Dashcam solutions
- Explain FMCSA compliance requirements and product benefits
- Handle objections and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in ELD sales (mandatory)
- Experience in US trucking campaign preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Comfortable working in full night shift (US timing)
