- Counsel clients regarding immigration, study visa, work permit, PR, and overseas opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration options.
- Handle client queries through calls, emails, and direct meetings.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients and convert leads into successful enrollments/applications.
- Achieve monthly sales and counseling targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
