Associate - Category Management
Location : Bengaluru
About the Team: Category Management - Jewellery is one of the key business unit for the platform which is poised for tremendous growth and fashion democratization. We are looking for an Associate who will be a good fit to the team and instrumental in driving the growth of Kids wear.
Role Summary
Actively participate in Brand development/Growth
Work in close coordination with the Planning and Pricing team for optimizing Scale /Inventory / OTB / Capacities etc. Management of OIs / POs / Inwards , Cataloguing and driving and improvising the processes.
Increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth Manage relationships with brand partners and establish Myntra as the preferred destination for customers as well as brand partners.
Scaling the brands on the platform with continuous work across selection, catalogue,marketing etc. Identify white spaces in the portfolio and onboard/develop potential brands to fill the gap.
Manage On App Category visibility planning Analyze data and reports from various sources, Responsible for creating and maintaining, consolidating various reports
Operational excellence - Candidate should have prior experience or enough knowledge to manage day to day operational issues effectively related to cataloging, pricing,merchandising and discount monitoring.
Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions
Collaborating with the cataloguing team for the right information of the product being shared and improvising on processes to constantly improve customer experience.
Undertake special projects from time to time for overall Category business / experience impact.
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Strong analytical and numbers acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating forecasts, metrics.
Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure that all consumer touch points and messaging are working and measured harmoniously. Sales, fashion or vendor management background.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in excel.
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
