Hiring for: Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Experience: 2–3 years in motion graphic designing (agency experience preferred)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to lead creative execution, deliver high-quality visuals, and manage multiple design projects across healthcare brands while guiding junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end design execution for healthcare digital marketing campaigns
● Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads, and branding
● Understand client briefs and convert them into impactful visual concepts
● Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables
● Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign execution
Required Skills:
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
● Ability to create both static and motion creatives
● Basic communication skills
● Good creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Education:
Graduate preferred (skilled undergraduates can also apply)
Salary (CTC): ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3 LPA
