Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Motor Insurance Field Sales Executive to expand our dealership network. The candidate will be responsible for visiting two-wheeler dealerships and generating motor insurance tie-ups for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned two-wheeler dealerships daily.
- Meet dealership owners and managers to introduce the company's motor insurance services.
- Generate new dealership tie-ups and onboard partners.
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Follow up with dealerships to close tie-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and onboarding.
- Submit daily visit reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 month to 6 years in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Insurance Sales, or related field.
- Freshers with at least 1 month of sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for dealership visits.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depends on interview performance and experience)
