Roles & Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and policy compliance
- Product Listing & Optimization
Create and manage product listings on marketplaces
Write SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and descriptions
Upload and update product images & content
Optimize listings using keywords to improve visibility and sales
Monitor listing performance and make improvements
Ensure listings are error-free and compliant
- Inventory & Order Management
Maintain inventory and avoid stock-outs
Process and track orders, returns, and refunds
Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch
Run basic ads on marketplaces
Monitor performance and suggest offers/discounts
Track daily/weekly sales performance
Prepare reports and share insights for growth
Coordinate with courier partners for smooth delivery
Resolve delivery and shipment issues
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Ensure good customer experience and ratings
Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart Seller Panels
Basic understanding of SEO & product listing
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic Excel knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
