Technical/Functional Skill Requirements
Business Analysis, OSM project experience, exp. in user stories, requirements gathering and documentation, Agile, understanding of retail and supply chain domains
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows to guide system design and development.
- Support existing Product Manager by effectively bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Required Skills
· 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
· Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
· Experience working in Agile delivery environments
· Good understanding of retail and supply chain domains
· Background in OMS (Order Management System)
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
