Job Summary
As an AI/ML Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models for production environments.
Build and optimize NLP pipelines for text classification, summarization, sentiment analysis, and information extraction.
Develop recommendation systems and predictive analytics models.
Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
Design scalable data pipelines for model training, validation, inference, and monitoring.
Develop AI-powered APIs and integrate models into web applications and enterprise systems.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets to improve model accuracy.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed.
Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployments.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Backend Developers, and DevOps teams.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and libraries.
Experience integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases.
Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other enterprise LLM APIs.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools.
Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
Experience building AI chatbots, copilots, or intelligent automation systems.
Experience working with healthcare, finance, or enterprise software domains.
Experience working with international or US-based clients.
What We Offer
