We at Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a senior manager who will be responsible for overall operations, profitability, manpower management, service quality, reporting, and business growth. Candidates with experience in the automobile (service) industry with the following skills are invited to apply:
1. Overall Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, including workshop, spare parts, administration, and customer support.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs, targets, and customer commitments.
- Coordinate between departments for uninterrupted workflow.
2. Workshop Management
- Manage complete operations of the workshop.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, servicing, accident repair, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor job card flow, bay utilization, turnaround time (TAT), and vehicle delivery schedules.
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, manpower, and workshop consumables.
- Supervise workshop manager, service manager, TAs, mechanics, supervisors, and service advisors.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with Ashok Leyland service standards and SOPs.
3. Revenue & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Monitor labor sales, spare parts sales, AMC/business contracts, and service revenue.
- Develop strategies for increasing workshop footfall and customer retention.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and operational growth.
- Control revenue leakage and improve profitability.
- Support marketing and customer engagement activities.
4. Service & Repair Quality Control
- Ensure high-quality repair and maintenance work.
- Reduce repeat complaints and warranty issues.
- Monitor quality inspection processes before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customer vehicles are repaired as per company standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of the workshop and parts store.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
5. Daily Reports & MIS Management
- Prepare and review daily operational reports and MIS.
- Monitor:
- Daily revenue
- Vehicle inflow/outflow
- Pending job cards
- Spare parts consumption
- Labour productivity
- Technician efficiency
- Submit management reports to directors on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyze business data and recommend improvements.
6. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and motivate workshop staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and department heads.
- Train staff for technical efficiency and quality improvement.
- Maintain discipline and positive work culture.
- Assist HR in recruitment, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
8. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle key customer complaints and escalations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet owners and institutional clients.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
9. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor spare parts inventory and stock movement.
- Control unnecessary expenses and operational wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, fuel, lubricants, and consumables.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for procurement planning.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels.
10. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain workplace safety standards in the workshop and plant.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Coordinate audits and inspections when required.
11. Strategic Planning & Growth
- Support directors in business planning and expansion activities.
- Develop operational strategies for long-term growth.
- Improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Introduce systems for automation, monitoring, and process control.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial vehicle workshop/service center management.
- Minimum 8–15 years of managerial experience.
- Technical background in the automobile/mechanical field preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
